Ivka :) so thanks to your idea I did it with cheese and onion!
Recipe (for 4-6 people):
2 kg potatoes
approx. 25 dag fried onion and emmental cheese
1 egg
salt (approx. 1tsp), freshly ground black pepper
Peel and finely grate potatoes (if necessary remove some of the potato juice), add egg, salt, black pepper, fried onion, cheese (cut into cubes) and mix well. Put the batter into a greased and dusted (e.g. with breadcrumbs) cake pan. Bake for about 1.5-2 hours (200°C). Serve with sour cream. Enjoy :)
